Zettex WB46 EPDM adhesive is a ready-to-use 1-component water-based adhesive for bonding all types of EPDM and TPO to absorbent horizontal substrates such as wood, concrete, masonry and other substrates. Zettex WB46 can be applied one-sided on dry, dust and grease-free substrates with, for example, a coat roller. After applying the adhesive, the EPDM can be laid directly into the adhesive. This should preferably be done within 3-5 minutes. After application of the EPDM, corrections can still be made, but only if this is within 6-7 minutes. At higher temperatures this time may be shorter. With highly absorbent substrates it is advisable to apply additional adhesive.

Water based adhesive

WB46 is a solvent-free adhesive, which can be used to bind EPDM foils to suitable wooden substrates such as plywood or OSB. The resulting joint will have a high temperature and aging resistance.
