​Product description

Zettex Threadsealer is designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. The thixotropic nature reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the surface. Good chemical/solvent resistance to Ethanol, Motor Oil, Unleaded Petrol and Brake Fluid

​Application instructions
Replaces tapes and dopes, stops gas and fluid leaks on most metals and assists in lubricating during assembly. Zettex Threadseal will not shred or tear which would contaminate your system. Use Zettex Threadseal to seal against oils, gases, chemicals, water and steam etc.

- Clean and dry surfaces to be bonded
- Apply adhesive to threads and assemble parts.
- Parts should be left for 15 minutes to reach handling strength working strength 1 hour.
- Wipe threads with clean shop cloth. Apply a continuous bead to 3rd or 4th thread depending on the thread length.
