The foam cures under the influence of moisture. Zettex PU Foam HH has excellent adhesion to most building materials such as stone, concrete, metal and various plastics (styrene, PU rigid foam, polyester, rigid PVC).

Material
Single-component polyurethane foam. Without CFC, HCFC and HFC (ozone-friendly and does not contribute to the greenhouse effect).

Properties

  • Quick-drying
  • High yield
  • High product density
  • High insulation value
  • Can be used on any surface
  • Not UV-resistant
  • Finished with plaster
  • Can be painted over

Uses
Sealing joints between partition walls, ceiling and floor.
Passages of lines and pipes through walls and floors. Joints around windows
and door frames. Not suitable for under water application and not for the filling of
large confined spaces. Before use screw the associated straw on the foam valve. Shake the spray can at least 20 times before use. Turn the straw upside down and press the trigger. The foam quantity can be changed with the applicator trigger. With wider joints and joints deeper than 5 cm apply the foam in a number of layers. Between the different layers respect a waiting time of 15 - 30 minutes.
• Air temperature during application:+5℃- +30 ℃ . Spray can temperature: +10 ℃- +25℃
• Air and spray can temperature of 20 ℃ ensures the best result.
• A moist surface ensures good expansion and accordingly the best result.

Surface

All surfaces must be free of grease and dust. The surface can first be cleaned with Zettex Profireiniger. Hard residues must be mechanically removed.
